The short version: we only collect what we need to help you, we never sell your information, and you can ask us to delete it any time. The long version is below, written in plain English.

1. Who we are
This website, coldfirezw.com, is run by COLDFIRE Agency, a company under ADNACH Investments (Pvt) Ltd, based in Zimbabwe. When we say "we", "us" or "COLDFIRE" we mean COLDFIRE Agency.
2. What we collect
- Things you send us: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, business name and messages when you request a quote, contact us, apply for a job or become a Sales Partner.
- Newsletter: your email address if you subscribe.
- Basic analytics: the pages you visit, the time, your device type (mobile, tablet or desktop), the referring page and your IP address. We use this to understand which pages are useful. We don't build advertising profiles.
- Things stored in your browser: your cart, your chat with our AI assistant and your cookie choice are saved on your own device so they're still there when you come back. You can clear them by clearing your browser data.
- AI chat: messages you type into COLDFIRE Agency AI are sent to our AI provider to generate a reply. Please don't share passwords or sensitive personal details in the chat.
- Client Portal: for clients, we store your login email, a securely hashed password, your company details and your website's visitor statistics.
- Domain checks: names you search on the Domains page are checked against public registry data.
3. How we use it
- To reply to you, prepare quotes and deliver the services you ask for.
- To run your hosting, domains, email and Client Portal account.
- To send our newsletter, if you subscribed. Every email lets you unsubscribe.
- To keep the website secure, prevent spam and improve our services.
4. Who we share it with
We never sell your information. We only share what's needed with trusted providers that help us run our services, such as our hosting and domain partners, domain registries (when registering a domain in your name), our AI provider for chat replies, Google Maps (only if you choose to load the map) and WhatsApp or email when you choose to contact us through them. We may also share information if the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and quotes for as long as they're useful for serving you, and client records for as long as you're a client and as required for accounting. Analytics records are kept in summary form. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
6. Keeping it safe
We use secure connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords and restricted admin access. No system is perfect, but we work hard to protect your information and will tell you promptly if something goes wrong that affects you.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, unsubscribe from the newsletter, or ask us to stop contacting you. Just message us using the details below.
8. Children
Our services are meant for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes
If we update this policy we'll change the date at the top of this page. Big changes will be highlighted on the website.
