    What does NVMe storage mean?
    NVMe SSD is the fastest type of storage used in servers today. Your website files load from it much faster than from older hard drives or regular SSDs, so your pages open quicker for visitors and rank better on Google.
    What counts as a minor change?
    Small, quick edits that don't change how the website works: swapping a picture, changing a font or colour, updating text, prices, phone numbers or opening hours.
    What is a major feature addition?
    Something new that adds functionality, for example a booking form, a new page section, a gallery, a menu, a payment button or a connection to another service.
    What is a change request document?
    One document (a message, PDF or Word file) listing up to 3 major changes you want made to existing parts of your website.
    What is the COLDFIRE Panel?
    A secure file manager and code editor for your website, included with Growth Flame and Inferno Pro. You can edit files, upload new ones and unzip archives. Changes go live as soon as you save.
    How do the upfront discounts work?
    Pay for several months at once and the discount comes off automatically. For example on Ember Plus, 12 months costs $96 instead of $120, so you save $24.
    Can I change plans later?
    Yes. Move up a plan whenever you need more help, and adjust at renewal time. Just message us or use the Client Portal.
